2009 Fee Schedule*

$403 Annual Dues (paid annually January of each year)

For those purchasing a home in Green Valley Arizona during the year, GVR dues fees are pro-rated as of closing date.

$2,202 New Member Capital/Joining Fee

This fee is collected at closing table and included in your closing costs when purchasing your home in Green Valley Arizona that has the Green Recreation Deed restriction.

$250 Transfer Fee

Is collected at closing when a Buyer purchases another property in Green Valley that also has the Green Valley Recreation deed restriction. This transfer fee is paid if the Buyer currently owns or has owned a GVR property within the last 180 days (otherwise the New Member Capital Fee applies).

$2,202 Initial Fee

This fee is collected when the Green Valley Recreation deed restriction is placed on a property. Typically the Initial Fee is incurred by developer/builder when purchasing a new home.  The GVR Deed Restriction CAN NOT be removed once placed on the property.  Note: property must be located in GVR designated area to add Deed Restriction.  Pro-rated annual dues must be paid at the time of placing the Deed Restriction on the property.

Other Fees

$50 card if more than two (2) permanent membership cards are requested for a property.

$5 card is charged for replacement or duplicate cards are issued if GVR card is lost.

$25 return check fee is charged for any checks returned to GVR by bank for any reason.

$100 Collection Fee

Is charged when a delinquent account has reached an advanced collection process level.

TENANT FEES:

A GVR property owner can elect to transfer member privileges to a tenant. The property owner & tenant MUST complete required documents to initiate this action.

7 day pass - $10/card

8 days to 1 month - $30 per request up to 2 cards

2 or 3 months - $40 per request up to 2 cards

4 to 12 months - $50 per request up to 2 cards

GVR Member GUEST CARDS

An annual Guest Card will be issued on a member's account when requested. 

• Members will have the option to purchase an "Authorized Guest" card for an annual fee of $20. 
• This is an annual charge - no matter the number of guests a member may take to Green Valley Recreation facilities.  A second card may be purchased fo $10. 
• Guests will be required to swipe the "Guest Card" at attendance readers at pools, fitness rooms and as indicated at the GVR Recreation Centers. 
• Members may elect to purchase a $1/day guest pass on a per day use basis.
• Tenants will not be able to purchase Annual Guest Cards.  Tenants ARE able to purchase the $1/day guest passes.
